 Hi, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just curious if you get a
lot of spam comments? If so how do you reduce it, any plugin or anything you can advise?
I get so much lately it's driving me mad so any help is very much appreciated.

 First of all I want to say awesome blog! I had
a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
I've had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
